Thach Nguyen is a product leader who has spent enough time around roadmaps, retrospectives, and transformation programs to notice when the language has detached from the work.

frAGILE is his independent passion project: part satire, part field guide, and part refusal to pretend the meeting went well when everyone knows it did not.
